About Olivia

Olivia graduated from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy (IIH) in Tampa, Florida. She is a member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists (IAIH) & follows their Code of Ethics. Olivia additionally has a Master's Degree in Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, IL and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida in St. Petersburg, FL. She worked in a crisis stabilization center for suicidal, anxious, and psychotic patients, and responded to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

 

Olivia can assist you in navigating past your stressors by identifying underlying causes, suggesting coping skills, and offering empathetic support. She specializes in trauma, with a military studies background and by helping clients do hypnotic regressions, Eye Movement Therapy (EMT), Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and more. She is non-monogamy and LGBT+ friendly.

While the practice originated in St. Petersburg, FL, Olivia has since progressed to an online platform so she can travel the world and still meet with clients.
